Questions
Products, research use, ordering and shipping.
Why are MirinMaxxed products labeled "Not for Human Consumption"?
All MirinMaxxed products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use. They are not medicines, have not been evaluated by the TGA, FDA, or any equivalent regulator, and are not intended for human or animal use of any kind. This labeling reflects both their actual regulatory status and our own policy — not a technicality.
Are your products lab-verified?
Every product on this site has a corresponding Certificate of Analysis. Where a batch's lab results are still being finalized, the COA is honestly marked "Pending" rather than left blank or assumed — check the COA page for the current status of any product.
Do you provide dosing or medical guidance?
No. We don't provide reconstitution guidelines, dosing suggestions, or medical guidance of any kind. These products are sold for use by qualified research professionals. If you need medical advice, please consult a healthcare professional.
Do you substitute products?
No. If an item you've ordered becomes unavailable, we'll contact you directly rather than substitute it with something else.
Why does the peptide powder in the vial appear clumpy or powdery?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides often form a loose, flaky, or clumped cake rather than a fine powder. This is a normal result of the freeze-drying process, not a sign of degradation.
Why does it take time to dissolve peptides during reconstitution?
Some peptides are denser or more hydrophobic than others and take longer to fully dissolve. Adding the diluent slowly down the side of the vial and gently swirling — never shaking — usually helps.
How should peptides be stored?
Store lyophilized (unreconstituted) peptides frozen and protected from light. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within the timeframe noted on that product's page — exact storage details vary slightly by peptide and are listed there.
What does "Lyophilized" mean?
Lyophilized means freeze-dried. The water has been removed from the peptide under vacuum at low temperature, leaving a stable solid that's reconstituted with a diluent — such as bacteriostatic water — before use.
How can I verify the quality of your products?
Check our Certificates of Analysis page. We publish batch-level testing results there as soon as they're available; until then, a product is honestly shown as "Pending" rather than given an unearned status.
Are your products safe to ingest?
No. Our products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and are not for human or animal consumption of any kind.
Where can I find more information on specific products like MOTS-C or others?
Every product has its own detail page — from the Shop, select any product to see its full research classification, studied applications, literature references, and storage requirements.
When do orders ship?
We process and ship orders promptly once they're confirmed. You'll hear from us directly with expected timing when your order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?
We're able to ship to a range of destinations. Get in touch with your location before ordering and we'll confirm availability and any restrictions that apply.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf. Let us know as soon as you notice a delay so we can act quickly.
What payments are accepted?
Checkout currently opens an email enquiry with your order details — we'll confirm accepted payment methods directly with you at that point.
What happens after submitting an order?
Submitting your order opens an email draft addressed to us with your cart contents. We'll reply directly to confirm your order and arrange payment and delivery.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Since orders are confirmed directly with us by email rather than an automated checkout, just contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can before it's finalized.
Will I get an email confirmation?
Yes — we confirm every order directly by email once it's been placed.
How do I track my shipment?
We'll provide tracking information directly once your order ships.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging and we'll sort out a resolution.
What if my package is missing products or contains the wrong items?
Let us know right away with your order details and we'll correct it.
Do you accept returns?
We don't accept general change-of-mind returns, but if there's a problem with your order — damaged, missing, or incorrect items — contact us and we'll resolve it case-by-case. See our refunds policy below.
Do you issue refunds?
Refunds are handled case-by-case by our support team. When you get in touch, please include your order ID, a description of the issue (with photos if applicable), and the payment method used.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method — please allow 2–5 business days for processing, though your bank or payment provider may take longer to reflect it.
